Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of revolt-marketing.com and any communications you receive from REVOLT CREATIVE MARKETING INC ("Revolt Marketing", "we", "us"). By using this website or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce site content, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false information through our forms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or opt in to receive text messages from us.
 

2. Our services

Revolt Marketing provides marketing services for indoor golf simulator venues, including paid ads, email and SMS marketing, content, branding, and websites. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate signed client service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client service agreement wins.
 

3. SMS Terms

  • Program name: Revolt Marketing Updates

  • Program description: By checking the SMS consent box and submitting a form on our website, you agree to receive text messages from REVOLT CREATIVE MARKETING INC. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on your inquiry, service updates, and promotional offers.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at tristan@revolt-marketing.com.

  • Consent is optional: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

  • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Privacy: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at revolt-marketing.com/privacy-policy.

  • You must be 18 or older to opt in.
     

4. Email communications

If you give us your email address, we may send you service and marketing emails in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the US CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
 

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and design, belongs to Revolt Marketing or its licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.
 

6. No guarantees
